FREE Health History Consultation

A Health History Consultation is a chance for us to get to know each other, for me to learn about your goals and concerns around your health and wellness. You will complete a survey about your health and habits and we will spend about 30 minutes discussing ways that you can build on what you already know about yourself, to make the changes that you want.  There is NO PRESSURE to sign up for coaching...I just want to help!To book your FREE session, you can email me at kira.kraiman@gmail.com or call me at 215-813-8338.

Individual Coaching

Changing habits and learning about ourselves takes time.  With a 6 Month program, we will meet every other week for a total of 12 sessions.  With a 3 month program, we will meet every other week for a total of 6 session.  We will pick a day and time that works best for you and that will be our sacred time together. The program includes email/text follow ups in between sessions, handouts and resources at each session, invitations to workshops and special gifts.  One of the 6 or 12 sessions can include a grocery store trip, pantry assessment or cooking lesson if desired. We will set small, manageable goals and work through barriers to achieving those goals.

 

Coaching Program Cost

6 Month Program

 - $840 for 12 sessions if paid in full prior to beginning or

 - 3 payments of $300 each, every 8 weeks. (each payment covers 4 sessions)

3 Month Program

-$480 for 6 sessions if paid in full prior to beginning or

-2 payments of $270 each, one at beginning and one prior to the fourth session (each payment covers 3 sessions).

*Special Rates available for Corporate Health Coaching (i.e. coaching multiple employees within a company)

 

How do we meet?

I have an office in Doylestown, at 118 Wood St. (there is parking!).  If you live within a mile or so of me, I’ll come to your house.  We can also meet by phone or Face Time if that’s more convenient.

Harnessing the power of group support, we will work on setting personal goals for wellness and healthier eating.  We will discuss the following topics, plus other concerns that participants bring:

*Principles of behavioral change and overcoming barriers to change, in other words “Why do we Eat what we Eat when we Know what we Know?”

*What are realistic wellness goals for each individual, based on your current situation?

* Setting a personal plan for achieving the goals we set.  May include breaking down the goal into smaller goals, creating time in your schedule to work on the goal, looking at some recipes etc.

*Emotional support and tools for overcoming things like comfort eating, cravings and fear of failure.

*What should we be eating…Paleo, Gluten-Free, Vegan, Organic??  We will clarify some the information out there about food choices and discuss which eating plan is right for you!

 

Cost = $125 for 5 session group, recipes and handouts at each session and email support between sessions.

Each Session will be an hour long and will take place on a day and time that works best for everyone.  Limit 8 people.  See Events page for current group class schedule.

Community Talks

I do community health talks on a variety of different topics, from "Smoking Cessation" to "Why do we Eat what we Eat when we Know what we Know?" to specific health related topics.  Some talks are free depending on the event.  Ask me!
